We use the information you share to respond to your questions and discuss water heater service.

Requesting a quote

When you submit the form, we send your name, phone number, ZIP code, replacement selection, and any optional email address or message to Mike through Resend, our email delivery provider. Mike receives these requests in the business’s Gmail inbox and uses them to contact you about service. Sending a request does not book an appointment.

Request information is processed by Resend and Google to deliver and store the email. The website does not save a separate customer database or put your form details in cookies or local storage. Resend may retain delivery records, and the business may retain the email for service correspondence. Please avoid including payment details or other sensitive information in the form.

We temporarily process a hashed version of your connection’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire after ten minutes. Contact Mike to ask about access to or deletion of information held by the business.

Calling, texting, or emailing

Call, text, and email links open your device’s corresponding app. Information you choose to send through those apps is handled by those services and received by the business. Your browser’s autofill features may remember details according to your browser settings.

Hosting and site access

This website is hosted through Railway. The hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the website. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
